Many thanks to my trainer for helping me achieve what I thought was unattainable.īefore I started at Ufit I was in constant pain, was bigger than I wanted to be, and didn’t feel good about myself. I am determined to accomplish my goal and once I have I will continue working out with Jermaine on a maintenance basis. Jermaine with U-Fit is not only a wonderful trainer, but his encouragement keeps me motivated and wanting to achieve more. I have to say that this accomplishment is the result of having a great trainer. Not onlyĪm I losing pounds and inches, but I have also gained strength, energy, balance and confidence. Here I am just over 5 months later and in that short period of time I have accomplished so much more than I have on any of my past fitness experiences. I had never tried working out with a personal trainer before, so this was something new for me and I thought I have tried so many different things that have not worked, why not try a personal trainer. I have purchased fitness equipment, but at the end of the day the results have just not been there. I have tried so many different weight loss programs on my own for years, and some worked for a while and some did not work at all. Stay consistent, even if the motivation goes away – because once you see results, you won’t want to stop. You’ve got to want to lose weight more than you want food. For anyone else that is seeking to achieve weight loss, the largest part is a change in your diet, portion control, and food logging in MyFitnessPal. I love that it’s a fun and friendly environment and everyone, both staff and clients, are always very motivating and encouraging! Also, it doesn’t have the ‘meat market’ effect which is a nice touch. Since I’ve started back in July, I feel 100% more confident, prettier, more attractive to my husband, and I’ve gotten several compliments on my weight loss! I feel better about managing my weight after having the experience of working out at U-Fit. They made me want to achieve my goal of weight loss because they made me feel like it was possible. ![]() In 2003, I had a personal trainer, but the entire process was much different than it was at U-Fit here, the trainers genuinely care and go out of their way for you. I’d seen the gym on Fox59, and it looked as though it was exactly what I was looking for: a smaller gym feel. However, I hadn’t had the time or the motivation to make this happen – I wasn’t working out prior to coming here to U-Fit. I felt fat, unhealthy, but I refused to go up another clothing size. Before finding U-Fit, I had wanted to lose weight for several years.
